Bio 1. Name: Caesar Silverberg
2. Star Position: Tenki

4. Age and Birthday: 23, July 4th
5. Appearance: Caesar is a young man of average height and slim build. He has pale skin, crimson hair and green eyes. He’s a good looking young man, though he doesn’t really care much about the state of his hair, and his clothes are often wrinkled.
6. Personality: Caesar is intelligent but lazy young man. He’s sarcastic and sometimes appears like he doesn’t care about what’s going on. However, once there’s something he can really get into and get excited about he’s usually the person most devoted to it.
7. Weapons: None
8. Occupation: Strategist
9. Talents: Scholar of History, teacher.
10. Runes: None
11. Weaknesses: His laziness, he’s the worst procrastinator that ever existed; if it’s something he doesn’t like, he’s going to put off doing it until the very last moment, or not do it at all.
12. History (include any modifications for RPG purposes): Caesar is the second son of George Silverberg, and was expected to follow in his grandfather’s, father’s, and brother’s footsteps and become a strategist like them. He decided he didn’t care and was put into the care of Apple, a former student of his relative Mathiu. Being introduced to Mathiu’s style of strategy though, he got interested and began following that school of thought.
He went with Apple to the Grasslands and there got involved with Hugo and when Hugo became the Flame Champion Caesar declared himself Hugo’s Strategist. He got even more involved when it came clear Albert was on the other side.
After winning the war Caesar started traveling the world in order to learn more about other strategists, but he got bored with that after awhile and headed back to Toran to attempt at teaching. However, he was more likely to get in trouble for sleeping class than his students. He heads to Budehuc because he hears Albert and Apple are there, and Apple’s pregnant with Louis’ child.
